Charity Netball Tournament in aid of SIA on 15th July 2017

Registration: 9.30am; Games begin: 10.00am;

Final Scores: 3.00pm; Prizegiving: 3.15pm

Calling all netball players! Bristol Law Society is proud to host a Charity Netball Tournament with all profits going to the President’s Charity of the Year, Spinal Injuries Association (SIA).SIA raise vital funds to help people with spinal cord injuries to live a fulfilled life, a life that has the same opportunities as everyone else.

There will be medals and prizes to win throughout the day including:

1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams will receive medals

Please bring along spectators and supporters on the day.  There will be lots of opportunities to take part and get involved.  The more support we have, the better the event will be!  The tournament will take place on the outdoor netball courts.  There will be a refreshments available to purchase on the day, with a range of BBQ food (including for vegetarians and coeliac/gluten free), hot/cold drinks, cakes and a tuck shop – all at reasonable prices and with all profits going to SIA.

ALL TEAMS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE:

  • A qualified (C award and above) umpire – If you are not able to provide an umpire you will have the option to buy one for the day at a cost of £20.
  • A first aid kit
  • A raffle prize
  • A set of bibs
  • A match worthy ball

To enter, each team will need to complete and return a registration form and pay their entry fee of £25.00 per team by the deadline of 7th July. Completed entry forms should be returned to Clair Ponting, events@bristollawsociety.com

Each team can enter no more than 10 players per squad, if you have more interest within your club/firm, please feel free to enter more than one team. See Tournament Rules for more information.
