Interactive Public Speaking Event – 6 November

Bristol Junior Lawyers Division are pleased to invite you to a FREE interactive Public Speaking workshop (in connection with Bristol Law Society) on 6th November 2013.

Julia Cawte a life coach from Flirt With Life will be hosting the interactive session focusing on public speaking in the workplace. The workshop will start at 17.30 at Bristol Law Library and will conclude before 19.00.

Instructing Counsel Seminar – 26th September

Join us for anInstructing Counsel Seminar on Thursday 26th September at St John’s Chambers, Victoria Street (map).

 Our friends at St John’s Chambers are hosting a free training session on how to make the most of using Counsel. This training is CPD accredited, and totally free.

 This session is aimed primarily at paralegals, trainees and newly qualified solicitors/CILEX but more senior JLD members are welcome if they would benefit from a refresher.

Our Keynote Speaker, HIS HONOUR JUDGE HAVELOCK-ALLAN QC will also provide a real insight into the new reforms in practice in the Mercantile Court.

 The seminar will take place at the offices of TLT LLP, One Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 6TP and will provide 2.5 CPD Hours. The Seminar will run from 2.15pm to 5pm.
