Welcome to our Health and Wellbeing Hub, aimed at helping Bristol Junior Lawyers locate clubs and resources to help juggle their health and wellbeing with the busy lifestyle that comes part and parcel with being a lawyer.
Run Club with Michelmores

We are pleased to offer our members the opportunity to join the Michelmores Run Club. Join our Health and Wellbeing Officer, Daniel Onafuwa, on a casual 5k run around the Bristol harbourside. Enjoy the opportunity to network alongside like-minded professionals while keeping your mind and body in shape. The run will conclude with an informal social at Michelmores' office.

Once a month on a Monday at 6pm

Starting and finishing at Michelmores' office on 10 Victoria Street, Bristol. BS1 6BN

How to Burn Brighter than your Imposter Syndrome with Donna Smith

We were pleased to welcome many attendees to an online webinar hosted by Donna Smith, aimed at helping lawyers manage their impostor syndrome. Imposter syndrome is something all lawyers are likely to face during their careers, and Donna was able to provide some further help and tips to help lawyers manage their imposter syndrome. We were pleased to receive such fantastic feedback following the event, and we hope to be able to put on similar events in the future.
Volleyball with Bristol Young Professionals
We were pleased to team up with Bristol Young Professionals at the start of 2025 to provide all of our members the opportunity to try their hand at Volleyball at the University of Bristol Indoor Sports Centre. We had such an enjoyable and memorable evening, and we have prepared the above video of just some of the highlights the evening had to offer. We are hoping to be able to put similar events on in the future.
