£1,492.13 for Charity in 2009

On 5 February 2010, the Bristol Junior Lawyers Division handed over a cheque for £1,492.13 to our 2009 Charity of the Year, The Grand Appeal. This amount was raised through 2009 by the generous donations of junior lawyers in Bristol, despite the difficult economic climate.

Sarah Gibbons (2009 Bristol JLD Committee member) and James Sage (2009 and 2010 Bristol JLD Committee member) handed over the cheque:

James said “The Grand Appeal was a great cause to back in 2009 and we’re pleased to have been able to support them. Bristol JLD hopes to be just as generous in 2010 with our new Charity of the Year, the Bristol & Avon Multiple Sclerosis Centre.”
